Yoga for menstrual cramps
Yoga works wonders for me. It helps me sleep, with which I have major issues, and with the massive dysmenorrhea, most commonly known as menstrual cramps. I tried these this morning and even though the pain didn’t go away to a hundred percent, it made it bearable.
the cat and cow pose are somewhat complementary to each other.
the Garland is one of my personal favorites. It doesn’t only take the pain away, but squating is always useful.
this pose is everywhere.
try it with both legs as well.
